Inserts, Low Volume for Vials, Plastic. Translucent, 300ul fill volume with a conical, precision point and 6x29mm outer dimensions with plastic spring attached. For use in 2ml autosampler vials. LCMS Compatible. AQ Brand. Additional Info: This vial insert is manufactured with ultra-pure, virgin, medical grade polypropylene, is translucent with fill lines. A 300ul total fill capacity and approximately 200ul useable volume and residual volume that can be as low as 2.5ul depending on the autosampler and viscosity of samples used. This specially formulated plastic is used in our special molding process where nothing is added to the process producing a very unique, plastic vial insert that is compatible with LCMC (extractables free in most LCMS solvents).
