LUMINES INSO recessed LED profile, silver anodised, 2.02 m

Name: LUMINES INSO recessed LED profile, silver anodised, 2.02 m
Brand: Lumines

LUMINES INSO is an aluminium profile for recessed linear lighting in ceilings and walls. The silver anodised 10-0124-20 version is 2.02 m long and has a chamber designed for three parallel LED strips. It is a lighting-system component rather than a complete luminaire with a fixed wattage or light colour.Allow for the full cross-sectionThe profile is 51 mm wide overall and 30 mm high. Its body below the side flanges is 43 mm wide, while the strip mounting surface at the bottom of the chamber measures 31.4 mm. Compare these dimensions with the intended recess instead of choosing the opening from the visible width alone. The flanges sit at the edge of the surrounding construction, with the body extending into the prepared space. This particular version measures 2020 mm in length. When laying out the light line, allow for the actual 2.02 m section rather than relying only on a nominal two-metre designation. The straight form and silver finish suit modern and minimalist schemes in which lighting follows the architecture instead of hanging below it as a separate decorative fitting.Choose the mounting arrangement firstThe manufacturer specifies press fitting into a routed opening or fixing with mounting adhesive. Mounting springs provide an option for plasterboard constructions. INSO is also compatible with the MODI mounting profile, which supports an arrangement with a concealed power supply. Match the fixing method to the construction before closing the ceiling or wall lining.Plan the covers and lighting componentsCompatible covers include WIDE and PRISMATIC PC, together with the WIDE louvre. The documentation also lists end caps and straight or angled connectors. Compatibility does not establish that all these components are supplied with the profile, so identify the parts required for your particular assembly before ordering. The space for three strips is useful when planning a wider light line, including the office and retail interiors identified by the manufacturer. Brightness, colour temperature and control depend on the selected LED strips and their power supply, not on the silver aluminium profile itself.Εμφάνιση περισσότερων
