The HAMMERFEST 5137 is a Norlys lantern head in graphite RAL 7016, made for mounting on a pole. The shade is made of milky, opal PMMA plastic, which scatters the light from the permanently integrated LED source. Mounting The fixture is designed to fit onto a 60 mm diameter pole, slid on to a depth of 95 mm — the pole itself and any other mounting accessories must be bought separately. The 6 m long H05RN-F 6G1 connecting cable runs inside the pole to a suitably sized junction box. Light source The LED source is permanently integrated and draws 32.5 W, producing a luminous flux of 3310 lm in neutral 4000 K light. The fixture supports DALI2-standard dimming, including a NightDim profile that automatically dims the light during selected night hours. The manufacturer states an average lifetime of 72,000 h for the source and 100,000 h for the driver. The driver has 6/10kV surge protection, which matters when the lantern is installed in an open area exposed to lightning strikes. Build and warranty The body is powder-coated cast aluminium, the shade is milky PMMA plastic, and the seal is silicone. The fixture is 76 cm tall and 55 cm wide and deep.
