High resolution - a new hydrophilic endcapping makes this phase particularly suitable for peptides. About GromSil C18 columns Laboratory experiments repeatedly show how different the retention behavior of superficially comparable ODS silica phases and other coatings is. Eight different SIL-ODS phases and six different SIL-octyl phases were therefore developed in order to have the broadest possible spectrum of selectivities available with which even complex analytical problems can be solved using HPLC.
