GFA1180 Recessed Light, White, Gea Luce

Name: GFA1180 Recessed Light, White, Gea Luce
Brand: Gea Luce

Gea Luce GFA1180 is a recessed ceiling fitting with a matt white aluminium frame. Its square outline surrounds a circular opening for a GU10 light source. Angled, faceted surfaces give the visible front a geometric profile rather than the appearance of a plain, flat downlight ring.A square front with a round ceiling cutoutThe front measures 94 × 94 mm, but the opening required for installation is circular, with a diameter of 70 mm. These measurements serve different purposes: one describes the visible footprint on the ceiling, while the other determines the cutout. The manufacturer's drawing also shows a height of 70 mm. Before installation, compare the drawing with the space available within the ceiling construction and allow for the cable route. The square outer shape should not be used as a template for a square hole.Choose the light source for the required effectThe fitting accepts one GU10 light source rated at no more than 50 W and operates on 220–240 V AC. It does not have a fixed colour temperature or luminous flux; these depend on the bulb selected. Compare the bulb's light colour, brightness and beam angle with the intended lighting task. The maximum wattage is an electrical limit, not a promise of a particular amount of light.A geometric detail for an interior lighting schemeMatt white and unembellished facets support modern and minimalist interiors. In a living room, bedroom, entrance hall or corridor, GFA1180 can form part of an arrangement of ceiling light points. Their number and spacing need to be planned around the room and the chosen bulbs. The manufacturer specifies recessed installation indoors. The instructions require installation by qualified personnel and disconnection of the mains supply before work. Clean the surface with a damp cloth and mild detergent, then dry it gently with a soft cloth. Do not expose cables or electrical components to water or detergent.Εμφάνιση περισσότερων
