Rimo FRIS867 is a compact rectangular dining table from FERNE's Core Collection, designed to look equally at home on a terrace and in a kitchen. A 77.5 x 57.5 cm top at 74.5 cm high gives the classic proportions of a table for two, and with chairs pulled up to the sides four people will sit around it comfortably. A soft shape with no sharp edges The top has rounded corners and a gently raised lip that catches crumbs and stops a spill from running straight onto the floor. The legs taper towards the feet and merge into the top without visible fittings, so the whole piece reads as if it were made in one go. The finish is matte and smooth, so the surface does not bounce sunlight back at you during an outdoor meal. Agate gray This piece comes in agate gray, referenced by the maker as 423U. It is a cool, muted grey that sits well against rattan-effect weave, exposed concrete and natural-toned timber, and it does not show its age as quickly as white.
