Endon Burford Black Outdoor Wall Lamp E27 IP44 Aluminium Glass 76546

Name: Endon Burford Black Outdoor Wall Lamp E27 IP44 Aluminium Glass 76546
Brand: Endon

Endon Burford 76546 is an outdoor wall light with an upright lantern supported by an ornamental bracket. Matt black die-cast aluminium alloy surrounds clear glass panels, leaving the bulb visible within the frame. A pointed finial above the roof and curled metalwork beneath the arm give it the proportions and detailing of a traditional lantern.Allow space for the projecting lanternThe fitting measures 49 cm high and 22.5 cm wide, with a projection of 27 cm from the wall. Compare all three measurements with the available space beside doors, shutters or a terrace before choosing its position. This is not a flush wall light: the bracket carries the lantern forward of the mounting surface.Burford is intended for outdoor installation, while the instructions specify domestic use only. A house facade or a wall beside a terrace is therefore an appropriate setting. Its glazed body, shaped roof and decorative support remain visible features when the light is off, making the classical form part of the exterior rather than simply a housing for a bulb.Choose the bulb and its light outputThere is one E27 lampholder for a bulb rated up to 60 W. The bulb is not included. Brightness and colour temperature consequently depend on the light source you select, rather than on an integrated LED module. Endon recommends a filament LED bulb, whose visible filaments suit the clear-sided lantern. The fitting is listed as dimmable, but dimming requires a suitable bulb and a compatible dimmer. Article 76546 is the non-automatic version; it should not be confused with the separate Burford model fitted with a PIR sensor.Installation and cleaning requirementsIts IP44 rating provides protection against splashing water, not a dust-tight enclosure. This Class I fitting must be earthed. Follow the instructions for the orientation of the wall plate and seals, including placing the drainage hole at the bottom.Clean with a dry cloth only, without liquid or abrasive cleaners. Before cleaning or changing the bulb, disconnect the supply and allow 10 minutes for the fitting to cool. These requirements apply to maintenance of the glazed lantern as well as access to the light source.Εμφάνιση περισσότερων
