Outdoor Wall Light NORLYS Asker 5101GA hot-dip galvanised LED 8 W 4000 K downward

Name: Outdoor Wall Light NORLYS Asker 5101GA hot-dip galvanised LED 8 W 4000 K downward
Brand: NORLYS

Asker 5101GA is a box-shaped outdoor wall light that shines downwards only. The hot-dip galvanised steel body keeps the raw metallic look of the zinc coating, the base is powder-coated cast aluminium, and the lower light opening is closed with clear, textured, UV-stabilised polycarbonate. Size and mounting The fitting is 21.5 cm wide and 10.5 cm high and projects 8.5 cm from the wall — figures to compare with the spot by the door, above steps or on a low wall where it is meant to hang. It is screwed on through two ø4.5 mm holes at 180 × 60 mm spacing. The terminals take conductors up to 3 × 2.5 mm², and further fittings can be fed in a loop with up to 3 × 1.5 mm², so several lights along a wall can share one circuit. The cable must be round, 7–10.5 mm in diameter, for the cable entry to seal. This is a protection class I luminaire, so a protective earth conductor is required. What light it gives The integrated LED module runs directly on 230 V mains, draws 8 W and produces 961 lm; 183 lm leaves the fitting, all of it directed downwards. The maker states ULOR 0 % — no light escapes above the fitting, so it does not light the window above it or the sky, and the wall shows a single bright wedge below the light. It is orientation light by an entrance, on steps or along a path by the house, not lighting for a whole yard. 4000 K is neutral white, and CRI 80 with SDCM3 gives correct colours and a uniform shade across several fittings. The light dims on an ordinary phase dimmer — the maker approves both trailing-edge (TE) and leading-edge (LE) dimmers. The LED module (part 46999553) is replaced by a qualified service, not by the user. Where it can be mounted IP44 protects against water splashing from any direction, so it is best mounted under eaves, a canopy or a balcony. IK08 means an impact-resistant housing, and the fitting operates from −20 to +45 °C. Norlys designed it for lighting walls and façades; the plain, unornamented form suits modern and minimalist architecture. The same body lighting both up and down is the Asker 5100.Εμφάνιση περισσότερων
