As the rubber bushings become brittle, the stabilizer bar loses its damping properties over time. Due to mechanical stress, the stabilizer bar bushings eventually become worn and rigid, leading to rattling noises in the suspension. Defective stabilizer bar bushings also result in a spongy feel when cornering. PU suspension bushings replace the original rubber bushings, which wear out quickly due to the susceptibility of the rubber material to environmental influences. Polyurethane, on the other hand, offers significantly longer durability and improves handling and driving feel, among other things. Please check the diameter of your stabilizer bar before ordering.
