Instructions for use: The gears are the weakest link in the sunroof drive train: If the torque clutch of the sunroof drive is not properly adjusted, the teeth of these gears will break off when the sunroof is unlocked. Ensure that the slip clutch on the motor is adjusted to 6 Nm (+/- 0.5 Nm) using the lock nut. Only then should you use the new gears. Replacing them in pairs is recommended. Caution: The use of metal gears is strongly discouraged. These only eliminate the symptoms but not the cause of the problem.
