Additionally, a 1/4 and 3/8 inch thread can be found on the spigot, with which the clamp can be mounted on most camera and lamp tripods. The cheeks of the clamp are rubberized in order to guarantee a secure fit, e.g. on a shooting table. Additionally, the probability of damage due to the clamp is minimized. As the clamp is also equipped with a 5/8 inch spigot receiver, it can be used as a helper with most lamp tripods.
