Smart Socket kit in black with a front lid that takes a single Neutrik D-series connector or equivalent. Typically used for control data outlets on a lighting bar, 3- or 5-pin XLR, or CAT5/6 Ethernet. 3-pin XLR and speakON can also be fitted for audio tie-lines. The kit is moulded in tough ABS and comes as body, lid and clamp with all the screws and fitting instructions needed to install it into an internally wired lighting bar. The D-series connector is not included and is bought separately; check its depth fits inside the socket. Single Outlet 48.3mm Tube 16mm Hole Black Colour Fitting a Smart SocketSmart Sockets suit standard 48.3mm OD aluminium scaffold tube. Fitting needs one 16mm hole drilled in a single wall of the tube, press the socket in, tighten the two self-tapping screws, then run your wiring. Full instructions and all screws are in the box.
