Name: Gea Luce GFA1030C Recessed Downlight, LED 8 W 465 lm 3000 K CRI 90, 24°, ø10 cm, ø9 cm Cut-out, White
Brand: Gea Luce

The GFA1030C is a recessed downlight with a round 10 cm trim in satin white. The LED module sits deep behind a clear lens, and a finned aluminium heatsink runs up the back of the body. How much room the ceiling has to give The cut-out is 9 cm across, and body plus trim stand 7 cm tall — that is the clear space needed above the ceiling board, plus room for the supply cable. The trim you see after installation measures 10 cm, so it covers the edge of the hole. Two spring clips hold the fitting: fold them up, push the body into the opening, let go. The driver is supplied and is fitted above the ceiling. The fitting is class II, meaning double-insulated, so no earth conductor is needed at the connection. How much light it gives and of what kind The built-in LED module draws 8 W and returns 465 lm at 3000 K — warm white, with no yellow cast. That is roughly half an old 60 W bulb, so one downlight sets a single pool of light; lighting a whole room means planning several. The beam is 24° and sends the light straight down in a narrow cone, while a colour rendering index above 90 shows colours close to how they look in daylight — the difference is visible on wood, fabric and skin. The fitting is not dimmable and runs on/off only. The source cannot be replaced; the maker rates it at 30,000 hours. Build and where it belongs Body and heatsink are aluminium, which carries the module's heat away — hence the fins that face into the ceiling void. The trim is satin white and matt, with no gloss. The whole fitting weighs 0.23 kg. Supply is mains, 220–240 V, 50/60 Hz. The downlight is intended for dry interiors only, so it is not for a shower zone or for outdoors. The maker covers it with a five-year warranty.Näytä lisää
