Speedometer Display for PORSCHE 996 Boxster 986 Instrument Cluster km/h Version SET Km/h Version Description: If the display in your vehicle is only partially functional, or if it has faded or become cloudy, the cause is usually a defective display and/or its conductive contact. With this kit, you, as a hobby mechanic, can easily and independently repair your instrument cluster. Soldering skills are required for mounting the center display, as the circuit board must be soldered in place! A speedometer needle puller and a T-shaped soldering tip are included for the outer displays. This tip must be heated with a soldering iron so that the display circuit board can be ironed on. No soldering is necessary for the outer displays, as they are ironed on. Variants: This kit includes all three displays in the instrument cluster. (See image). The displays fit speedometers with km/h (km/h) readings. The mph (mph) version can be found under article number 6079.
