ProAqa affinity columns are high-flow and high-pressure columns that are designed for operation on HPLC and FPLC systems. The average 20μm packing support is composed of porous poly(styrenedivinylbenzene) (PS/DVB) bead with a hydrophilic coating grafted on the surface. On the top of the coating, recombinant protein A is attached via chemical bonding, which binds Fc-containing immunoglobulin proteins except IgG3.
