Recessed Downlight SLV OCULUS DL MOVE White 11W Dim-to-Warm 1004669

Name: Recessed Downlight SLV OCULUS DL MOVE White 11W Dim-to-Warm 1004669
Brand: SLV

SLV OCULUS DL MOVE 1004669 is a white, round recessed LED downlight made of aluminium, with a movable insert behind a glass lens. The insert tilts by 30°, so the light can be aimed at a picture, a shelf or a section of wall instead of shining only straight down. Installing it in the ceiling The fitting needs a round ceiling cut-out of 10.8 cm, and the visible trim ring measures 12 cm, covering the edge of the cut. It needs 8 cm of installation depth above the board — compare that with the void above your suspended ceiling. The instructions allow for a ceiling board 7 to 20 mm thick, in which the fitting is held by springs. It runs on 220–240 V mains through a separate 250 mA driver connected to the body by a cable and shown next to the fitting in the product photo. It is protection class II, so no earth conductor is needed. The manufacturer requires installation by a qualified electrician, and the LED source and the driver can only be replaced by a specialist — they are not changed like a bulb. Dim-to-Warm light At its full 11 W the downlight gives up to 780 lm at 3000 K, a warm white. As it is dimmed, the output falls to 36 lm and the colour shifts smoothly to 2000 K — a very warm, amber light close to candlelight. In the evening, dimmed spots therefore give not just less light but warmer light. It is controlled with a trailing-edge phase dimmer (RC type). A colour rendering index of CRI 90 means wood, fabrics and pictures look natural under it. Where it fits SLV describes the OCULUS series as accent lighting, among others for hotels and restaurants. The fitting is for indoor use only.Näytä lisää
