This two-layer, dual-phase SPE cartridge with CHROMABOND® WAX for analyte extraction and concentration, combined with GCB (graphitized carbon black) for sample purification, allows for the replacement of a single WAX-based SPE cartridge and dispersive solid-phase extraction (dSPE) with GCB in a powder format. It features a state-of-the-art spherical polymer for the most demanding solid-phase extraction applications. The PS/DVB copolymer with secondary and tertiary ammonium modification enables mixed-mode SPE with weak anion exchange and reversed-phase properties (WAX). Exchange capacity ≥ 0.8 meq/g, pKa 6 + 9. This high-purity material offers ideal flow properties and exceptional reproducibility. Enables maximum reproducibility with extremely low blank values through an optimized production process.
