SOLVIA is an aluminium profile designed for the LUMINES GENESIS magnetic track system. Instead of choosing from the ready-made linear fittings the system offers, you build your own — at a length the project dictates rather than the catalogue. This variant is a 2.02 m length in anodised black. A 22.4 × 5.6 mm section The profile is very flat: 22.4 mm wide against just 5.6 mm high. That proportion gives a line which reads on the ceiling as a drawing rather than as a structural member — and that is the point, because SOLVIA is meant to sit alongside a slim magnetic track, not overwhelm it. The channel takes two 10 mm LED strips side by side, so a single line can carry two colour temperatures or two independently controlled circuits. Ceiling, wall, and the transition between them The profile mounts both recessed and surface, and is compatible with the GENESIS magnetic track in its surface-mounted and flush-mounted T1 and T2 versions. One light line can therefore run across a ceiling, turn onto a wall and keep the same section throughout — without swapping systems halfway. The manufacturer imposes no limit on length or layout; lengths are joined into continuous runs. Anodised black This version is anodised rather than lacquered. Anodising is an oxide layer grown in the aluminium itself, so it does not chip at cuts and drill holes the way paint does — which matters on a profile shortened to size on site. The white variant of the same series is lacquered.
