Amaze HA is a bi-modal column designed to retain compounds by a combination of anion-exchange and hydrogen bonding mechanisms. Column can be used in normal, HILIC or anion-exchange modes depending on the mobile phase composition. Column is fully compatible with all organic solvents and 100% water. The column offers alternative selectivity to traditional reversed-phase and HILIC columns.
