LUNA GOLD is a five-light spider pendant: five black braided cables leave one round ceiling plate, each ending in a brass-gold lampholder. The shades are open cages of black wire with a faceted shape, so the bulb stays visible through them. How to hang it and how much room it takes The producer gives one range for all three dimensions — from 40 to 180 cm. That follows from the construction: the cables are hooked to the ceiling at points you choose, so the installation decides how widely the shades spread and how low they drop. The same fitting can occupy a 40 cm band over a narrow counter or open out to 180 cm over a long table. Over a dining table the usual rule is that the bottom edge of the shade sits 70–80 cm above the top — with a 75 cm table and a 2.5 m ceiling, that means a drop of roughly 145–155 cm.
