Gea Luce GES1071 graphite grey outdoor ceiling light, GU10, IP65

Name: Gea Luce GES1071 graphite grey outdoor ceiling light, GU10, IP65
Brand: Gea Luce

Gea Luce GES1071 is an outdoor ceiling light with a graphite grey finish. Its square die-cast aluminium body surrounds a circular diffuser made from frosted tempered glass. The fitting mounts on the ceiling surface, with the light opening on its underside.Choose the light output through the GU10 lampThe fitting takes one GU10 light source rated at a maximum of 35 W. Choose its colour temperature, luminous flux and beam angle according to the area you want to illuminate. These are characteristics of the selected lamp, rather than fixed output figures for an integrated LED module in the GES1071.A GU10 socket does not, by itself, establish dimming capability. If adjustable brightness is required, the chosen lamp and the rest of the installation must support it. The 35 W figure is the limit for the single source, not a promise of a particular brightness across a terrace or entrance.Surface mounting beneath an outdoor ceilingThe manufacturer specifies outdoor ceiling installation and an IP65 rating. Consider it when planning lighting beneath a terrace roof, balcony, gazebo or covered entrance where a suitable ceiling surface is available. This is a ceiling-mounted fitting, not a ground-recessed light or garden bollard, so the mounting position needs to suit that construction. The supply is 220–240 V AC at 50/60 Hz, with electrical protection class I. The assembly instructions require installation by qualified personnel and disconnection of the mains voltage before any work on the fitting. Keep those instructions for future maintenance.Restrained geometry and surface careFlat faces, defined corners and the dark finish give the housing a modern, minimalist appearance. The round glass opening provides a contrast to the square outline without decorative detailing. For cleaning, the manufacturer recommends a damp cloth with mild detergent in lukewarm water, followed by gentle drying with a soft, clean cloth. Do not expose cables or electrical components to water or detergent.Näytä lisää
