The packing material Eurospher 100 is already used for more than 15 years in many application areas. The reverse phase endcapped Eurospher 100 C18 columns are more hydrophobic compared to Eurospher 100 C8 columns. The determination of water-soluble vitamins, steroids, catecholamines, sedatives are possible applications among others. This stationary phase can be used in the pH range of 2 - 8,5.
