Agilent Prep LC columns are specifically designed to provide high loading capacity for purification from milligram to gram quantities. Columns are packed with 5 or 10 µm particles to provide maximum separation efficiency in any available column size. Almost any sample can be separated with this column selection. This version of the column has the inner diameter of 4.6 mm, the length of 150 mm and the particle size of 10.0 µm. These Agilent Prep 21.2 mm ID columns are available as Agilent cartridge hardware. This reliable hardware system makes it easy to use columns of different lengths. Pre-column cartridges can be easily integrated into this column system. They provide excellent protection for the separation columns.
