Recessed Downlight ACALAMA Luces Exclusivas LE61603
ACALAMA LE61603 is a recessed downlight with a black aluminium body and visible finned heatsink. The face is flat and the light opening sits deep inside the housing, so the LED module itself stays out of sight from below. Two spring clips hold it in the ceiling. How much room the ceiling needs The body measures 6.2 cm across and 5.3 cm high. Both figures describe the part that disappears above the ceiling board once fitted, so 5.3 cm is the depth you need above a suspended ceiling or inside a plasterboard build-up. The driver is a separate component and has to fit up there as well. The spring clips fold out sideways and pull the fitting up against the ceiling, so no screws and no separate frame are involved. What kind of light it gives The LED module draws 8 W and delivers 340 lumens at 3000 K — warm white with a slight yellow cast, close to the light of a traditional bulb. This is spot brightness: one fitting lights a section of a room rather than the whole room, which is why downlights like this are set out several in a run. The beam is 18° wide, so the light falls in a narrow, clearly drawn cone — the pool of light is roughly three times narrower than the distance from the fitting to the surface it lights. Colour rendering above Ra 90 means colours look close to how they do in daylight, which matters over a picture, an open shelf or a worktop. What is in the box The light source is built in for good — a Genesis LED module that is not swapped like a bulb; when it reaches the end of its life the whole fitting is replaced. An Eaglerise 8 W driver with a 700 mA output is supplied with it, so the downlight connects to 230 V without buying a driver separately. Where it fits The shape is modern and free of ornament: a flat black face, a round edge and a recessed light opening. The narrow beam and warm light colour put this fitting in the role of supplementary and accent light — in a living room, an entrance hall or a corridor, alongside the main lighting rather than instead of it.Näytä lisää
