Poroshell 120 SB-C18 HPLC-Säule mit Innendurchmesser 3 mm, Länge 75 mm und Partikelgröße 2,7 µm. Ideal für mobile Phasen mit niedrigem pH-Wert: InfinityLab Poroshell 120 SB-C18 SB-C18 und SB-C8 bestehen aus voluminösen Silanen, die die Siloxanbindung sterisch schützen. Es werden keine säurelabilen Endverkappungsreagenzien verwendet. Das Ergebnis ist eine wesentlich längere Lebensdauer der Säule und eine außergewöhnliche chemische und thermische Stabilität bei pH 1-6. Fehlendes Endcapping führt auch zu einer anderen Selektivität als bei den endcapped EC-C18 Säulen.Mehr anzeigen
