SIELC HPLC-Säule Cannsep C, 100 Å, 3 μm, 3,2 x 50 mm
Cannsep C ist eine analytische Umkehrphasensäule mit eingebetteten stark sauren Ionenpaarungsgruppen. Diese stationäre Phase hält neutrale Cannabinoide nach dem Umkehrphasenmechanismus zurück. Saure Cannabinoide wie Tetrahydrocannabinolic Acid (THCA) und Cannabidiolic Säure (CBDA) unterliegt einem Ionenausschluss mit negativ geladener stationärer Phase von Cannsep C. Mobile Phasen können so ausgewählt werden, dass sie mit Phosphor- oder Schwefelsäure als Modifikator für die Detektion bei niedriger UV-Strahlung kompatibel sind. Alternativ kann auch die LC-MS und präparativer Chromatographie kompatible mobile Phase kann mit Ameisensäure als Ionen-Modifikator verwendet werdenMehr anzeigen
